  • You can book a session through our website or app. If you book online, you'll be prompted to download the app after checkout so you can unlock the doors and manage your booking

  • We recommend 4 per bay for the best experience, but you can have up to 8 people. For larger groups, email us to book a private event or contact us through the form below.

  • No, Clubhouse is open to everyone. We offer hourly bookings and packages. For more information:

    Memberships are only available for those that live or work in the 10014, 10013, or 10012 zip code radius.*

    Proof of residency or employment is required.

  • No, packages do not expire and are not auto-renewing. Your hours stay available, and accessible from the app, until they're used.

  • The Neighbor's Pass is our local membership program designed for people who live or work in the neighborhood (eligible zip codes: 10014, 10013, or 10012). It's capped at 50 members to keep access meaningful — and to make sure members can actually book and play.

    What's included: ​

    • 2 hours of off-peak access per day 

    • 3 peak hours per month

    • 7-day priority booking window 

    • Preferred peak rate: $70/hr

  • Cancellations made at least 12 hours before your booking are eligible for a refund.

    If you cancel within 3 hours of your scheduled time, the booking is non-refundable but the credits will be returned to your account for future use.

  • No, there is no age requirement. All guests are welcome. 

  • Yes. All clubs and equipment are provided, with quality gear available for every session. Feel free to bring your own clubs if that's more your style.

  • At this time, we don't offer club storage. The good news: top-tier clubs and equipment are included with every booking, so you'll always have high-quality gear ready to play.

  • Once your reservation begins, the app automatically unlocks the door. Just arrive, walk in, and play — everything is set up and ready when you get there.

    We personally review every message and aim to respond within 1-2 business days. 

  • Yes. Instruction and training options are available. If you’re interested in lessons or working with an instructor, please reach out through our site for more details.

  • Yes, outside food and beverages are welcome. We just ask that if you bring anything larger than what fits inside our in-bay trash (i.e., pizza boxes), that you use the dumpsters outside on your way out.

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their booking. In the event of damage beyond normal wear and tear, the card on file may be charged for applicable repair or replacement costs.
