Use of services

Clubhouse provides indoor golf simulation, instruction, memberships, packages, and related services. You agree to use our facilities, website, and app in a respectful and lawful manner.

Accounts & Bookings

Users must create an account to book sessions through our app
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information
Bookings, packages, and memberships are subject to availability

Memberships & Packages

Memberships and packages are non-transferable
Packages are not auto-renewing unless explicitly stated
Membership eligibility (including the Neighbor’s Pass) may require qualification based on residency or workplace location, as outlined on our site
Clubhouse reserves the right to verify eligibility and modify or revoke access if qualifications are not met

Payments & Cancellations

Payments are required at the time of booking or purchase
Cancellation and rescheduling policies are outlined during booking and may vary by service
Failure to follow cancellation policies may result in forfeited sessions or fees

Conduct & Assumption of Risk

By using our facilities, you acknowledge that participation in golf activities involves inherent risks. You agree to follow all posted rules, instructions, and staff guidance.

Clubhouse is not responsible for injuries, loss, or damage resulting from misuse of equipment, failure to follow instructions, or personal negligence.

Facility Use, Monitoring & Damage Responsibility

Clubhouse Ventures LLC uses security cameras in and around its facilities for safety, security, and operational purposes.

Guests are expected to treat the space, equipment, and furnishings with care. Any damage caused during a booking — including damage to golf simulators, equipment, or the facility — may result in charges to the payment method on file for repair or replacement costs.

By using our services, you authorize Clubhouse to charge the card on file for any applicable damage fees incurred during your booking. We reserve the right to determine the extent of damage and associated costs based on inspection and, where applicable, video review.

Intellectual property

All content on our website and app — including text, graphics, logos, and imagery — is owned by Clubhouse Ventures LLC and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clubhouse shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
